On this episode we are going to kick off a new series inwhich I have different guests on to cover the unpublished revelations. Now if you want these revelations you can pick up a copy of the restored version of the scriptures that Drew Briney put forward last year, because they have a lotof them in there. On this episode Ben Shaffer and I sit down and talk about a few of those revelations in an overview to kind of set the table for what is to come. We spend some time talking about the 1886 revel...

For those who listen to the podcast regularly it comes as nosurprises that I am sometimes embarrassingly patriotic and passionate about America’s founding principles. With that said it naturally follows that I am pretty interested in how our young men are treated inside the United States Armed Services, and that is where this week’s guest Chase Spears comes in. Dr. Chase Spears is a combat veteran who served as a U.S.Army public affairs officer for 20 years, retiring from Fort Leavenworth on Oc...

WARNING! BECAUSE OF SOME THINGS THAT ENOCH SEES IN OUR DAY CONCERNING CERTAIN LIFSTYLES THIS MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN!! There are some figures in the scriptures that are mentioned that we don't know a lot about. One of those figures is the prophet, Enoch. We know some things but historically not a ton. When Joseph Smith received the Book of Moses there was more light shed on this ancient prophet, and then with the discovery of some texts of the book as well as the Dead Sea Scrolls,...

On this episode Michael Ness joins me again, only this time we are going to do something a little bit different. Michael and I have always said “it is too bad that folks don’t get to listen to some of the stuff we talk about when the microphone is recording”. So with that thought in mind we decided to have one of those types of conversations but this time just hit the record button and let it go. The result is that we have a discussion about a lot of things that are plaguing our society and cult...

One of the things that is affecting our society today is addiction and statistics say if there is not someone in your family that struggles with addiction then you know someone who is. It drives many of today's social ills such as Divorce, Crime, Neglect, Parent and Child Conflict, Poverty, and even Modern-Day Slavery. On this episode I have Zack Nielson on the podcast. I had Zack on the podcast just a few weeks back. One of things that Zack is passionate about is helping others overcome and hea...

Sean was a first hand witness to many of the events that will be discussed during this conversation. We talk first about who Joe Thompson was, from there we move into looking at his time as a Council Member in the AUB. From that point we take a close look at the allegations that were leveled against him and his subsequent dismissal from...

There are times we think we understand an event or story, only to find later that perhaps the real story is far more expansive and crucial than was previously understood. We begin by analyzing the different views of Adam and Eve across the spectrum of Christianity. We then move on to discuss the implications of the ide...

Today we wrap up our series on the Armour Of God with this sixth and final episode. Today we take a look at the Sword of the Spirit which is the word of God. To have this conversation I had felt to bring on Ammon Jeffs. It’s on to part four of our series on the Armour of God. Today Joseph Hammonds as we sit down to have a conversation about the Shield Of Faith. We then put together what the scripture in Ephesians and the Doctrine & Covenants are trying to tell us. We then move on to talk about ...

Today we continue our series on the Armour of God. Today Cory Molloy joins me as we break down the concept of the Breastplate of Righteousness. We start by taking a look at the surface level understanding of the verse. From there we take a deep dive on how to put that part of the armour on and what prevents us from applying that protection in our lives as the conversation grows and becomes expansive in its scope as we talk about temptation and resisting those temptations to not put the Armour of...

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SMALL CHILDREN!!! Sometimes in scripture we see passages that are identical from the Bible to Restoration scriptures, when those appear I think the Lord is trying to emphasize to us how important the principle is. For the next few weeks, we are going to be talking about such a topic as we kick off the Armour of God series. You can find both of these passages in Ephesians 6:14-17 and Doctrine & Covenants 27:15-18. In this first episode we focus on girding ourselves with truth....

On this episode Braxton Bogard joins me again as we wrap up our two-part series on the need for a restoration. Last week's episode about why we as individulas are in need of being restored back to God. In this week's conversation we look at why there needed to be a restoration of Christ's Church and Kingdom. We take a look into the Ecumenical Councils that would inform the beliefs of both Catholicism and Protestantism. We dive into everything from the Council of Nicaea to the Council of Constant...
